The line is composed of 1x Ø90 extruder with gravimetric of 4 components, ring of high production and special IBC system to manage HDPE, . The facility is capable to work at 200m/minute with 10μ thickness and 1600 width, with a maximum capacity of 350kg/h.

The Calenders are composed by a 2700 rotary capper with shovels for total bend, and winder automatic tandem. Its production is aimed at the greenhouse and agriculture fields in Andalusia.
